Ursula isn't one for conversation. Or friends. Or human interaction in general. She can usually be found skulking in the background of any classroom and will try to keep her head down and stay out of sight. Not easy when you border six foot and have a look and demeanor which just screams outright hatred of everyone catching your eye. It's nothing personal; she just has no time for anybody and is quite happy to keep it that way, danke schön.

While she appears to carry a devil-may-care stance in pretty much everything she does, Ursula is anything but confident; she's incredibly socially awkward, not helped by being in an unfamiliar country and her own personal insecurities. When she does speak, it's usually in short, quiet retorts, and even then it's mainly her trying to shut the conversation down. As such she can come off as stand-offish at best and just bitter at worst, remaining wary around even people she knows.

That being said, when she can bring herself to work with the group she can be quite an asset. She's observant, and her thought process is systematic, allowing her to frequently find solutions that the others may have missed. Despite her gruff exterior she also has a little bit of a softer side, although her defensive nature can lead to her being very vulnerable when she does open up. If she's hurt or betrayed in any way, she will shut right back up, and it can take a lot of kindness and understanding to reach her again. There is a heroic heart buried deep within Ursula; one just needs to chip away a few miles of angst and anxiety to find it.
