Dominic may look, sound and have the general demeanour of a complete scrub, but he is a very objective person. While he tends to whine and complain a lot he is very good at seeing the bigger picture, which combined with his programming skills enables him to be very helpful on occasion.

Helpful he may be, but Dominic's blunt tendencies can get him into serious trouble as he doesn't really filter anything he thinks or says, leading him to make suggestions and comments which really aren't appropriate. He thinks by talking, and when he's under stress or realises he's screwed up he ends up talking even more, generally making the situation worse until one of the others walks over to him and beans him over the head.
